These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Hartman's Quilting & Monogramming. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Hartman's provides professional cleaning and repair services including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, and emergency response services.

Service Scheduling

• Services are provided by appointment only
• Emergency services available 24/7 with additional charges
• Regular maintenance services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid fees

• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• Emergency services require 50% payment upon arrival
• Recurring services may be billed monthly in advance

• Provide safe access to all areas to be serviced
• Remove or secure valuable and fragile items
• Ensure pets are safely contained during service
• Provide accurate information about property conditions
• Notify us of any hazardous materials or special considerations

While we maintain full insurance coverage and take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Items not properly secured by client are not covered
• Damage from concealed or undisclosed property conditions
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

We are committed to providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
