  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no charge
  • Our quality assurance team will investigate all issues promptly

Refund Conditions

Eligible for Full Refund

  • Service was not performed as agreed in the contract
  • Significant damage caused by our negligence
  • Service was cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond client control
  • Emergency services called but situation resolved before our arrival

Partial Refund Situations

  • Service partially completed due to access issues
  • Client cancellation with less than 24-hour notice
  • Specific areas not cleaned to standard while others acceptable

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services completed satisfactorily according to agreed specifications
  • Client cancellation after service has begun (may incur partial charges)
  • Inability to complete service due to client-related access issues
  • Pre-existing conditions or damage not disclosed prior to service
  • Changes in client expectations after service agreement

Alternative Resolutions

When appropriate, we may offer alternatives to refunds:

  • Return visit to address specific concerns at no charge
  • Service credit for future appointments
  • Partial service adjustment with reduced payment
